We welcome feedback and aim to resolve concerns fairly, respectfully and promptly.

Raising a Concern

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance.

Complaints should be submitted in writing to:

Please include:

  • your name;
  • details of the concern;
  • relevant dates;
  • the outcome you are seeking.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five working days.

Investigation

We will investigate your complaint fairly and impartially.

During this process we may:

  • request additional information;
  • review relevant records;
  • seek clarification from those involved.

Outcome

We aim to provide a written response within four weeks of receiving your complaint.

Where additional time is required, we will keep you informed.

Possible outcomes may include:

  • clarification or explanation;
  • an apology;
  • corrective action;
  • an offer of appropriate redress.

Suspension During Investigation

Where necessary to protect the wellbeing of those involved or the integrity of the investigation, Inner Being Medicine™ reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to Services during the investigation process.

Such suspension is not intended as a punitive measure.

Escalation

If we are unable to resolve the matter through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to consider mediation through an appropriately qualified independent mediator before commencing legal proceedings.

Record Keeping

Complaints records will be maintained securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
