6. Cancellations and Refunds
This section reflects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
a. Coaching and Practitioner Sessions
Inner Being Medicine™ values the time, energy and commitment involved in the transformational process. The following notice periods apply to rescheduling or cancelling a coaching or practitioner Session:
| Notice Provided | Outcome |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before the Session | Session may be rescheduled without charge |
| Less than 48 hours before the Session | Session will ordinarily be considered forfeited |
| Failure to attend without notice | Session will be deemed used |
| Exceptional circumstances | Considered at our discretion |
We recognise that unforeseen events can occur, such as serious illness, bereavement, or emergencies beyond your control. Requests made under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed compassionately and individually.
Should we need to reschedule a Session, we will make reasonable efforts to provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time.
If you arrive late for a Session, the Session may still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full Session fee will remain payable. Where appropriate and possible, we may extend the Session at our discretion.
Any support requested outside the scope of the Services purchased may be subject to separate agreement and additional fees.
b. Digital Products and Courses
Where you purchase digital content that is delivered immediately, we will ask you to expressly confirm that you wish delivery to begin straight away and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14 day right to cancel once access has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This waiver only applies where you have given this consent at the point of purchase, it will not be assumed automatically.
c. Workshops and Group Programs
Cancellation and refund terms for workshops and group programs will be set out in the specific booking information provided for that program.
Nothing in this section affects your right to a refund, repair or replacement where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, or digital content is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
