Supervision and Mentorship
For practitioners who hold others closely — beginning after we have sat together once.
What it is
For therapists, healers, coaches, and healthcare professionals seeking embodied reflection, spiritual guidance, case consultation, or mentorship. Much of what shapes a practice stays invisible — held in the body, in what goes unsaid, in what was never allowed to be seen. The work is to help it become visible.
I have worked with colleagues and therapists learning to trust themselves again, and the ground is the same as in all my work: neuro-developmentally grounded, trauma-informed, somatic and deeply relational. It follows what is alive rather than applying a technique.
What the work involves
Therapists, healers, coaches and healthcare professionals — those holding others closely, and those who have begun to lose the thread of their own practice.
Case consultation, embodied reflection, spiritual guidance, and the places where the work of the room lands in your own body. What is yours, what is theirs, what was never one person's to carry.
Practitioners tend to leave trusting themselves again. Less strain in holding, more room to breathe, and a kinder inner voice that remains long after our work together ends.
“I've found myself being held accountable for my actions and feelings in ways that allowed me to reflect on what was happening to me in that moment without being brought down by a sense of shame”

How this begins
Supervision and Mentorship begins with a Consultation. What becomes visible in those two hours is what informs the plan forward — so that whatever we choose is already grounded in something met. If it feels right to continue, we shape the work together. Whether or not we continue, you leave with a clearer sense of what you are carrying and what wants to come next.
Please note that I hold registration as a doctor and, in Italy, as a medical psychotherapist too. I choose to work as a coach, mentor and guide. Inner Being Medicine walks alongside medical and psychological care, and never replaces it.
